In all things I strive to embody a nurturing, accountable, and balanced life. Integrity is of the utmost importance, and I constantly work on ensuring my actions and words are examples of how I wish those around me will also live. What you see is what you get, I don't believe in a private vs. public life; being real and being who you are is where you develop trust the easiest. I LOVE GROWING AND LEARNING NEW THINGS. "The Slight Edge" and "The Compound Effect" are some of my favorite books, and I've learned that you're either growing or declining, there is never any stagnation. I make sure I read books on self development, books that challenge my thought process, and ultimately help me be the best version of myself as I get older.Being a mother is one of the most important roles I have been blessed with. Nothing will ever come before my children and husband, and I want to be an integral part of an environment that encourages that sentiment as well. I take a holistic approach with family: we serve together, we work together, we play together. My colleagues will be like family and my family will be equally involved in all things I do to support the growth of the our circle.Lastly, I operate every day through a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA.) Challenges should be faced with optimism, and as I say a lot, I will be judged not by the amount of times falling down, but for getting up EVERY TIME. Failure is NOT a bad thing, for we learn with each failure experienced. As the saying goes "Try, Fail, Adjust."
