If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients” Richard Branson I’ve chosen the sector of Human Resources because in this way I can express my personality and I can put to the service of others, my empathy, my communication skills and my caring attitude.I firmly believe that human resources of great significance for the success of any organization.The skills that people are able to bring to the workplace, the attitudes and motivation with which they act, their ability to relate to internal and external factors, are key elements that can influence, decisively, the ability of an organization to produce value, to survive and to grow. There are some factors which I consider to be of primary importance in the field of human resources. These include designing and implementing innovative programs, working to improve the working environment climate and in particular listening to the needs of internal resources and finding external resources. In addition, it’s necessary to support and handle change management processes, to integrate the aspects related to the production of the service with those deriving from cultural and organizational behaviour, as well as to recognize, value and transfer knowledge. Having familiarised myself with the various areas of human resources, I would like to be able to put into practice what I learned from my master in HR. I would like to be able to learn in the company: selection, organisational development, evaluation and training of staff with a particular attention to personnel management and administration, remuneration policies and compensation systems.
