I work very closely with clients in need of website redesigns to gain a clear understanding of challenges they're facing, who their audience is and confirm the goals of their website.In our website design process, I am responsible for constructing the information architecture of a site, wireframing website templates, shaping the overall brand and style of a website (style tile), identifying key messaging, building prototypes for enhancing user experience, pinpointing website conversion areas for lead generation and custom designing page templates. I also work closely with developers on the development of a site, reviewing functionality, website animations and assuring art direction. I recently redesigned Knowmad's extensive Web Design Process that has been developed over a 10 year span.Other responsibilities are designing call-to-actions (CTA’s), display ads, email blasts, landing pages and eBooks for marketing campaigns. All designs are created within the strict parameters of the clients’ branding identities, i.e. client’s fonts, colors and overall appearance, all while making the design engaging, distinct and innovative. I also am tasked with maintaining and fixing any HTML/CSS code that might break on a site.Knowmad contains a strong team of marketers, designers, developers, writers, and programmers that work together to design clients’ digital marketing programs, analyze their performance and find trends overtime to see online marketing achievement and growth.

As the Design and Marketing Intern, I have a range of responsibilities. They range from prototyping website wireframes in HTML/CSS to designing call to action's in HubSpot. I have been trained in HTML/CSS as well as many other internal daily operating systems including HubSpot, Liquid Planner, Bitbucket, Terminal, Sourcetree, WordPress, GatherContent, and many others. A huge part of my responsibilities are to fix items that need to be updated or key elements that have somehow been broken in WordPress. Design is another large part of my role; from designing Hero Images to CTA's I create many materials under the marketing spectrum.

As the Graphic Design Intern, some of my responsibilities ranged from getting coffee, corporate award layouts, creative logo design, and trade show display conception. This being my first internship, I learned a great deal more than I expected about the design world and all the major and minor details that entail."We let the world know you exist, who you are, and what that means to them. We invest the time to understand our clients and their needs, who their customers are, how to communicate with them and earn their business. We then drive that communication and deliver results."
