We're a community for DJs, Producers, Lighting, Crew, Bookers, Agents and more, as well as a practical resource that aims to tackle issues around gender diversity in the dance music space.

Contracted by M Pavilion to run 6 week DJ workshop "DJ 101" plus organise a final performance for all participants.A DJ program for aspiring female-identifying, trans, and non-binary talent looking to break into the dance music scene.Aiming to take absolute beginners to gig-ready DJs, the six-week workshop covers the basics of DJing, digging for music, working with CDJs, and beatmatching, while discussing the ins and outs of the industry and giving each newbie the tools to enter the industry as a skilled and informed DJ/performer.

Neurotiq Erotiq is a Melbourne/Naarm based project.We run monthly-ish parties (for 300 - 1,000 people) and are focussed on supporting rising talent + promoting artists we love, with a central focus on diversity, safety within spaces, and inclusion. - Communicating with various booking agents, venues and artists- Organising ticketing- Promoting events through various channels- Creating timelines and working towards deadlines- Social media management
