I work with students interested in applying to medical school, mentoring them through the application process and providing plenty of one-on-one feedback, or even working in larger settings such as running a mock Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI) circuit.I also participate in work experience days to provide a taster of life as a doctor, managing large groups of curious students and fielding various types of questions.

I worked part-time at WHSmith, London Bridge. By independently managing the shop floor, manning the till, and attending to customers on the shop floor, I improved my communication and multitasking skills. The opportunity to work in such a central location, serving customers of all ages and backgrounds, and working alongside a team has helped me learn how to work more efficiently under pressure and improved my teamwork skills.
