IT Business Partner Manager aligned to the Corporate Services domain – Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, IT and Data and Health and Safety.Primary liaison between IT and business domains, trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.Accountable for the management, direction, control and end to end delivery of IT services for the Corporate domain, ensuring that IT initiatives contribute to, support and add value to business strategies and objectives.Strategic interface, partnering with senior leaders from multiple business areas to stimulate, surface and shape demand for IT solutions. Responsible for the delivery of the strategically important Corporate Services IT enabling portfolio.Responsible for stakeholder management up to Director level to maintain executive buy-in and to ensure that programme continued to deliver maximum business benefit within budgetary constraints.Managed stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business and across IT, in addition to both onshore and offshore delivery partners. In charge of allocating resources effectively across projects to optimise productivity/ensure successful delivery.Monitored portfolio and project manager performance to ensure ongoing adherence to project governance and best practice.Prepared/ presented regular reports to stakeholders on portfolio status, project progress and performance metricsSome examples of projects delivered:A corporate time sheeting solution in SAP ECC6 to enable the accurate capture of time spent on projects and to support capital efficiency across the company. Project realised £7.5m of efficiency savings.Unit costing capability in SAP ECC6 to support Customer Services and Operations. Project delivered improved MI and enabled efficiencies in key areas including cash/debt collection and recovery strategy.A suite of pensions legislation and HMRC-driven enhancements within SAP ECC6 to ensure continued regulatory and legislative compliance.
