- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer’s insights. - Ensure a deep understanding of consumer motivations/behavior patterns in the market. - Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. - Managing operational and liaise with sales team to ensure the events are organized and delivered efficiently. - In coordination with the sales and marketing department, ensuring the designs and visibility meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.- Executing a comprehensive social media strategy for Château Ksara with the communication and PR manager.- Implements, manages and executes social media content development including daily content calendars.- Analyzes and optimizes ongoing social media efforts, creating ongoing reports that measure against key KPIs and diagnostic metrics. - Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

- Developing yearly marketing plans and marketing budgets, based on the brands objectives such as brand awareness and sales growth. - Managing many brands at U-Food: Coraya, Rambol, Coeur de lion, chavroux, caprice des dieux, Mutti, Rigamonti, Renna, Quescrem, Singletons.- Controlling the marketing expenses and marketing budget of each brand.- Communicate with the suppliers from different countries to discuss the marketing activities and sales numbers achieved.- Supervise the merchandising set up in coordination and conduct market visits twice per week to ensure a good visibility on shelves for the brands and SKUs.- Follow-up on the stock, and order the needed quantities for the promotions of each brand throughout the year. - Prepare regular quantitative reports regarding the performance of product lines. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the products and suggest proper corrective action in coordination with the finance and sales department. - Participate in the process of developing a targeted company sales forecast.- Analyzing the impact of the promotion through the sell in and sell out of the product. - Supervise the production of TV campaigns and billboard campaigns; also planning and handling all ATL and BTL needed for any brand. - Launching & participating at marketing and experiential events to communicate the brand image B2C: Horeca, Vinifest, Beirut cooking festival, etc…
