Chosen to participate in a fellowship program through the Women’s Foundation of Alabama with femaleindustry leaders from across the state.- Participated in a 40-hour learning curriculum consisting of virtual and in-person seminars about criticalpolicy issues affecting women in Alabama and nationally, as well as received instruction on creating andleading policy advocacy campaigns.- Collaborated on a group capstone project which included crafting a policy initiative advocating forkinship care parity for children affected by incarceration. This proposal was presented to foundationleadership as well as local government officials and key change-makers in the state.

Consultant with experience in projects related to regulatory compliance and the implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) in Business Development at a multinational financial institution and one project at an energy services and delivery company. Analyzed and performed content extraction for a project focusing on the fiscal impacts of public water quality in various communities throughout Alabama for the Economics Department at Auburn University

USDA funded Research Experience and Extension for Undergraduates (REEU) in the Confluence of Water and Society. Participated in an interdisciplinary team studying the 303 mile Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) now running through Appalachian West Virginia and Virginia. Used content analysis to analyze the public perception of the MVP and presented findings at an undergraduate research symposium
