Hello! My name is Sarah Adelson and I use she/her pronouns. I am an honors student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. I'm pursuing a major in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology and a minor in Marine Biology. I am also the founder of the third-ever University of Minnesota-affiliated literary magazine, Axiom. I'm incredibly passionate about marine conservation, teleost functional morphology, and behavior in fishes and chondrichthyes. I also love expressing and educating others on the intersection between science and art. My current research involves looking at the independent and social behavior of penpoint gunnels as well as comparing the skull, jaw, and tooth functional morphologies of all 5 species of wolffish.
