1. Establishing and maintaining project management standards, and tools to be used throughout the project2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.3. Monitoring and reporting project progress to vendors and management.3. Facilitating project meetings and workshops, including project kickoffs, status meetings, and post-project reviews.4. Conducting project audits to identify areas for improvement.5. Managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans when necessary.6. Participating in strategic planning and decision-making related to project and program management.7. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Assisting as a reporter and covered all Payakumbuh Government activity- Produce articles for government publication- Produce content for government social media account

UPBM is a student activity unit under the auspices of Padjadjaran University which has been running for more than three decades. This organization is a place for people who are interest in knowing and learning Minangkabau culture.What I do in this role :1. Organized sharing sessions with public figures 2. Organize and lead discussion forums discussing current topics3. Produce information publications on UPBM social media4. Produce articles for publication on the UPBM website
