This involved problem solving, logical thinking and devising methods that would meet the needs of the requirements. This was accomplished with the aid of regular solution design meetings where the ideas and changes were documented.• Development of all the business procedures that were required to effectively implement the new system, as well as ensuring that the procedures were followed correctly by staff. Also development of any IT training guides for new functionality• Creation of templates to be auto generated by the Northgate Housing system and these would then be sent to customers at various stages of their application by applying logic and criteria as triggers• Running working groups where the ideas and opinions of staff, working in the relevant fields, were consulted. Facilitating events and producing consultation reports including the analysis of comments and the recommendations, which was used to help devise the business requirements• Development and delivering various training courses as part of the allocations project to over 1000 staff. • Developing a full user acceptance testing programme including test plans and scenarios and triaging errorsI demonstrated good communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to get the best outcome for all and have a high level of recorded documentation. I built up good working relationships with the supplier and also with staff that would be using the final output as business as usual to ensure that it would meet their needs.
