1. Scope of the Project: The project involves creating two physical models of the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) area. One model will showcase the main KPT building, the entire port area, and the Jinnah Bridge, which connects all zones of KPT.2. Main Landmarks: The models will prominently feature key landmarks such as the Manora Tower, KPT main head office, and the port area itself. These landmarks hold significance in the KPT's identity and functionality.3. Port Area Importance: Highlighting the importance of the port area, the models will focus on key sections like the West Wharf and South Asia Pakistan Terminals (SAPT), which serve as crucial points connecting channels to the sea harbor.4. Manora Tower Significance: The inclusion of Manora Tower is essential, as it plays a role in providing signals within the port area, emphasizing its functional significance.5. Client Requirements: The client demands two physical models, each measuring 20'x10' and scaled at 1/128". One model will be a laser model emphasizing land use across the entire area, while the other will be a 3D physical circulation/exhibition model highlighting important areas. These models aim to aid understanding and promote KPT's recognition.6. Exhibition Purpose: The 3D model will serve a specific room, allowing stakeholders to visualize and comprehend the layout and significance of various areas within the KPT site. It will enhance communication and promote better understanding among stakeholders and visitors.7. Architectural Scales: Both models will adhere to architectural scales of 1/128", ensuring accuracy and precision in representation.8.
