- Operations Controller/Air Dispatcher for Vistajet. Responsible for the effective planning, control and dispatch of executive jets worldwide.- Arrangement of ground handling, airport slots, crew logistics and passenger special assistance.- Planning worldwide flight routes for dispatch of aircraft, including booking of landing and overflight permits, crew visas, mass and balance, weather and NOTAM checks.- Providing a Flight watch Service including delay of flight plans, revision of flight schedules and informing all relevant departments of unforeseen delays to operational service.- Assisting customer services with queries about airport facilities and restrictions and any performance limitations.

-Responsible for Management of all Company facilities, budget, resources, Operations and personnel in Liberia. -Liaison on a daily basis with the UN to ensure the efficient running of Dash-7 aircraft in support of United Nations Mission in Liberia.-Streamlined company and UN procedures to maximize payload of fixed wing assets and crew planning in Liberia.

- Responsible for planning all air lift operations including national and NATO assets. - Involved with daily liaison and negotiation with senior officers throughout NATO and civilian organisations, to achieve maximum efficiency with available assets. - Qualified air space manager, NATO targeting and COMAO planner

- Responsible for all Squadron operations, flight planning, Exercise and logistical management at both Benson and when deployed overseas.- Standardised procedures, IT systems, office design and man power requirements for newly created Puma Force Operations at RAF Benson.- Setup of new permanent Aviation base of operations in Kenya for support to UK Military pre deployment training; this included crew planning, and fleet optimization.

- Newly created role within the RAF, with responsibility for establishing parameters and responsibilities for the role.- involved liaison and negotiation with executive management of four operational flying squadrons and at other bases throughout the UK. - Four month deployment as UK Planner/Watch keeper for operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, including fast jet, rotary and air to air refuelling.

- Management of a team of two managers and four assistants within a busy flying training environment. - Personally responsible for writing daily flying program of up to ninety sorties to maximise efficient use of available assets.- liaison with civilian engineering contractors.

Enlisted within the RAF straight from college. Qualified Assistant Air Traffic Controller, Air Transport and subsequently Search and Rescue in Cyprus. Selected for Officer Training, attended Cranwell College and Commissioned on 27th November 2003
