• Collecting the Data information from Handshake, OPT Resume bank, LinkedIn, Monster.• Attended the Virtual Career Fair 2020 at NJIT, SJSU, PACE universities through Handshake.• Hiring fresher’s and experienced of OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B-Transfers/H4EAD/L2EAD, GC -EAD candidates for training & placement on various technologies. • Talking to the candidates and understand their competencies & skill sets. • Good experience in cold calling and convincing the candidate. • Involved in OPT online / Onsite training and placements.• Individually handle the whole OPT recruitment process.• Get them on board for training "Entry level guys" or direct marketing for "Experienced guys"• Maintaining database & follow up with Candidates.• Follow up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions. • Make sure to collect all the documents from the candidates
