With over 12 years working in the Film & TV Industry, I also now extend my love of creating inner worlds, by helping people through Hypnotherapy & Somatic therapy. I apply these therapeutic methods to Wellbeing Support for production crews & workplaces, alongside my regular client practice.I run Shake Club, a place to reconnect with the body's natural shaking mechanism for stress release. I offer this in small groups online and in-person, fostering curiosity, wellbeing and connection to others. TRE was developed within Disaster Response, so it's particularly effective in high stress industries. I worked up through the art department to Set Decorator, with my first job in film Casting supporting artists on many studio pictures. I also work extensively as a Prop Stylist on Photographic and Commercial projects for global brands.Set Decorating credits include Tuesday (A24/BBC/BFI) The Courier (Netflix), Brexit (HBO) and The Athena (Sky).Previous projects I contributed to were Bafta winning and nominated, and clients included Partizan, BBC, Columbia Pictures, ITN, Big Talk, Tantrum, ThomasThomas, Battersea Arts Centre, Warner Bros, Working Title, ITV, Secret Cinema, Esquire, Architecture Foundation, Beast, RSA, Smith & Jones, Agile, Another, Bray Leino, Big Talk, BBC, StudioCanal, Sony Columbia, Amazon, HBO and Netflix, among others.I co-founded The Cleared Folio, a download platform of Artworks, Photographs, and Graphics, specifically tailored to Art Departments, with instant production clearances. I created this service to help fellow creatives source cleared art quickly and easily. I have also been involved in the development and launch of various startups.I am also a keen potter and artist, making weird and wonderful objects for my own delight.Originally trained in Theatre Design, I graduated from Wimbledon College of Art back in 2011
