Sarah Grace is a Senior Director - Analytics at Arcadia. She possess expertise in leadership, public speaking, event planning, research, statistics and 14 more skills. She is proficient in American Sign Language. Colleagues describe her as "I came to know Sarah when she worked at AIR as one of several JPSM interns this past summer. During her internship with AIR, Sarah met and exceeded every expectation. She impressed all of us by her talent, cheerfulness and work ethic. From the first day, she showed a keen interest in and enthusiasm for learning about every aspect of AIR and our client, NCES. She quickly mastered the internal logistics of our office organization (never an easy task) and trained herself on the codebooks and software requirements of our team’s primary dataset, the NAEP. She divided her time between two projects, providing assistance both to me and to another project director, with poise and balance. When assigned an unstructured task she quickly took ownership, teaching herself to use the complex survey adjustments package for Stata. We even continue to use the code she wrote as the basis for ongoing analyses on that project! Whereas other interns were content to make their capstone presentation a simple Powerpoint, Sarah chose to write and submit a conference paper to AERA. I’m pleased to say that not only was her paper accepted but also received high praise from the AERA reviewers; she’ll be back in DC this April to present her work as lead author. I highly recommend Sarah as she will be a strong asset to whichever organization she chooses to work with."
