• Liaising with suppliers and acting as first point of contact for all visitors and calls • Diary and travel management, secretarial and administrative support• Working with MD and Chairman across a variety of company projects• Act as meeting manager, co-ordinate agendas, take and circulate Minutes as necessary.• Assist in the preparation of presentations & reports using the appropriate medium.• House-keeping issues - expense returns etc.• Travel and hotel bookings. • Arranging couriers, taxis, refreshments and catering• Booking meeting rooms and venues - ordering catering or equipment as applicable• Liaising with our key customers including Tesco, Asda, Nisa and over 200 local authorities.

Direct Sales and Marketing• Identify marketing initiatives through customer research; develop targeting and segmentation plans.• Drive branding guidelines across the organization with external partners.• Planning & implementing marketing activities across all online and offline channels. • Generating sale leads.• Setting up new marketing strategies• Liaising with strategic partners, internal stakeholders and key customers.• Involved in the online, web and email marketing campaigns• Assisting with campaign building, press releasing & promotional copy production.• Organising and running events within the organisation, dealing with exhibitions and conferences. • Managing customer relations• Working closely with Studio design teams in creating effective and eye-catching media, used and sent out to current and potential clients. • Campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting on all activity.

Responsible for all Part time staff - continuing growth of profits and sales, building a reputable client list, promotion of products, customer service and leadership.
