At Zen Caregiving Project, my role as Chief of Staff extends beyond Senior Administration to fostering business development and philanthropy growth to enhance our mission to provide caregivers with emotional tools to support themselves and those they care for. Previously, at Empire Health Foundation and community foundations around the state, I contributed to a narrative of change and growth. We leveraged my expertise in communication and strategic partnerships to navigate complex cross-sector facilitation. This role honed my public speaking, writing, and editing skills, allowing us to amplify our impact within the nonprofit community.
