Part time role including preparing and serving food in a hygienic manner. Responsibilities include presenting food attractively for customers and maintaining a presentable cafe area. Customer service skills have been developed through interacting with customers ensuring their requirements are met especially where food allergens are concerned.

Seasonal work over the Christmas period ensuring shelves were fully stocked and overall shop appearance maintained. Responsible for delivering great customer service and encouraging sales. My confidence in working under pressure grew as it was a very busy shop and I was required to deal with customer queries quickly and efficiently.

Administrative assistant started on work experience and asked to continue over summer. Responsible for ensuring the system was up to date, and social media channels used to maximise impact on customers. My awareness of social media marketing increased and I developed my interpersonal skills in the office environment.
