I deliver the project and support strategy for Bauer's National Radio Brands direct sales team in London. and manage a team of five Project and Sales Coordinators. My responsibility is to ensure our customers receive exceptional service, whether they are purchasing airtime or branded content partnerships through our team. We support the account management.

I was promoted to Senior Sales Coordinator within six months of joining Bauer. This role has enabled me to take more responsibility within my team and to assist with the training of new staff and occasionally managing their workloads. I have built trust with my wider team's clientele and am relied upon by fourteen Account Managers to deliver proposals.
