I deliver the project and support strategy for Bauer's National Radio Brands direct sales team in London. and manage a team of five Project and Sales Coordinators. My responsibility is to ensure our customers receive exceptional service, whether they are purchasing airtime or branded content partnerships through our team. We support the account management of key radio specialist agencies and a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. I help to manage projects, creatively strategise advertising campaigns across Bauer's radio brands and liaise with marketing teams. I deliver an extensive corporate hospitality programme across the year for our key clients. I also oversee the financial elements of our business area, and provide reporting and revenue analysis on a regular basis. In addition, I am responsible for the training and development of my team and now have over five years of management experience.

I was promoted to Senior Sales Coordinator within six months of joining Bauer. This role has enabled me to take more responsibility within my team and to assist with the training of new staff and occasionally managing their workloads. I have built trust with my wider team's clientele and am relied upon by fourteen Account Managers to deliver proposals, presentations and analysis in a timely manner and to a high standard. I am responsible for the project management of spotlight, audio visual activity; including the creation of webpages and delivering timelines. I champion Bauer's digital portfolio within my team and continue to develop my knowledge in this area on a regular basis.

As part of the London Direct Team within Bauer, I co-ordinated sales for a team of Account Managers selling airtime, sponsorship and promotions, online and magazines across Bauer's brands, including: Magic, Kiss, Absolute Radio, the Bauer City Network, etc. My role in particular was to work alongside Account Managers with our development agencies, as well as working with direct clients. I was responsible for planning, booking and on-going admin for radio and digital campaigns; this includes coordinating prizewinners. I worked with the programming team to create proposals and post campaign analysis for clients and agencies, as well as preparing bespoke presentations for pitches.

As the Assistant Producer for Jason Manford I prepare show content and social posts, tech-op pre-recorded shows, gather audio, edit the podcast, prepare callers and texts for use during the show, as well as edit video content using the studio cameras for use on social. I am the stand-in Producer for the show. In addition, I am also one of the freelance Network Producers for Frank Skinner enabling the content to go out across Absolute Radio's decades and Classic Rock stations.

I produced and presented a range of shows across Smoke Radio's daytime output using Myriad. I was also involved in the launch of 'Smoke Breakfast' which I co-presented and assisted in production for. I also helped at OBs, podcasted and updated social media.

I organised and scheduled the daytime shows on Smoke Radio and supported presenters and producers, teaching them how to desk operate and use Myriad, alongside giving them advice on show content and structure. As Assistant Station Manager, I was partly responsible for running the station across the year. I helped co-ordinate with the Student's Union and other outside organisations, as well as leading a committee of people. My other duties included: updating the website, posting blogs, social networking, organising events, OBs and meetings.

I produced and presented two shows, one which was a chat and music show aimed at young people. The other, I was asked to present and eventually helped to produce, titled 'The Youth of Today Show' which focused on tackling issues that affect young people - and providing features that teens would enjoy listening to.
