Advised start-up businesses. Liaised with incubator and accelerator programs for non- and for-profit sectors to onboard clients.Researched issues and counseled clients on benefit incorporation, agency interactions, billing policies and more.

Counseled victims of financial mismanagement. Led active arbitrations, including client intake and management, regulatory compliance and drafting commerce and arbitration documents. Orchestrated a $105,000 settlement via mediation.

Supported all regulatory and firm-required compliance. Managed outside brokerage account and activities logs. Maintained records and reports for supervision, customer complaints and account activity. Maintained official registrations. Conducted all regulatory, compliance and business activities for firm wind-down. Completed due diligence in preparation for regulatory disciplinary proceeding. Prepared materials in response to requests by federal and state regulators. Collaborated with outside counsel in preparation for the arbitration and participated in the proceedings.Served as Anti-Money Compliance Officer.

Oversaw all aspects of hiring, on-boarding, and compliance qualifications.
