Post the bank being placed into administration I was retained by the administrators as part of a selected team to assist in the run off of the bank’s £3 billion loan book.  Given both my front office banking and IT knowledge I have had a dual role as the commercial IT interface between the front office and IT teams.  In addition to my portfolio responsibilities, I have assisted in the development of a number of bespoke software packages and in summary I have undertaken the following roles:Project manager and developer of the bank's bespoke information management system (BAMI) used to control and monitor the run off of the bank's loan book.  This role covered all aspects from the initial feasibility study, business requirement analysis, IT concept designing, development, implementation, training and data quality control and improvement.   Project Manager for the redevelopment and deployment of BAMI from Microsoft Access onto Microsoft C# platform, including the data migration onto SQL server.Created reports according to usiness requirements. Individually authored, installed, deployed and managed reports building on SQL queries and Crystal Reports design platform.Primary relationship manager for a portfolio of non-performing borrowers and loan guarantors. General responsibilities include:Execution of the banks recovery strategy;Supporting negotiations with borrowers and guarantors;Co-ordination of appointed professionals;Internal reporting to the administrators.
