Organising the piloting and evaluation of new learning and quality improvement services.Create and manage budgets for all service delivery balancing income generation targets with quality of service delivery objectives.Developing partnerships with member organisations and other external agencies and stakeholders to promote and develop services. Scheduling, management and co-delivery of training services, in conjunction with the Training and Project Support Lead and the SMN trainer bank. Management of the SMN trainer bank and all accreditation and assessment centre requirements.Develop and implement Quality assurance processes to ensure a high standard of delivery, assessment, verification and certification is carried out. Ensuring standardisation of all assessment centre requirements. Ensuring standardisation of delivery of all learning and quality improvement services, monitoring and adapting as required Assess/verify or arrange assessment/verification for all candidates on accredited training courses. Review and develop Quality Award system as appropriate. Assessment of Quality Award submissions for accreditation and reaccreditation Supporting individual members to develop their mentoring services, in collaboration with the Training and Project Support Lead.
