• Supervise the daily activity of team of Senior Administrators• Training, mentoring and development of staff through ongoing coaching and providing feedback• Point of escalation for client issues • Coordinate and participate in regular client calls • Responsible for the review of all client and investor reporting to ensure all activity recorded accurately and adheres to all legal and fund specific requirements• Ensure all activity processed is in line with standard operating procedures and SOC1 requirements, ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met• Review and approve new investor set-ups and account changes to ensure all internal risk controls and policies are followed • Regularly participate in external due diligence calls with clients and their investors • Closely liaising with various internal teams including AML, FATCA and Fund Accounting to handle complex fund queries and issues• Research, compile and oversee release of data for internal and client audits

• Accept and process daily, weekly and monthly transactions• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor information in company database• Process money movements including internal transfers and investor wire payments• Daily interaction with Investment Managers and investors, as well as various internal departments• Strict adherence to current compliance and AML/KYC requirements• Training and mentoring of new staff members

• Manage and co-ordinate all correspondence with current and prospective investors• Process investor transactions in a timely manner, including ascertaining compliance with industry authorities, as well as current AML/KYC requirements• Thoroughly review and accept all documentation for new subscriptions• Maintain daily interaction with Investment Managers and Fund Accountants in connection with fund transactions and submitting weekly/monthly reporting
