Currently, I am in the final stages of completing the Emergency Telecommunications Program at Fanshawe College, which will conclude on December 17, 2019. From this program I have gained transferable skills and knowledge with operating 911 procedures within Police, Fire and Ambulance from using Intergraph and receiving mock emergency calls. I have become competent with radio operations and functions including call taking and dispatch. During the program I completed 40 hours of placement within Enbridge, Strathroy Police, London Police, London Fire, and Ambulance Communications Centre. I am certain from this exposure; I will be a strong team member and reliable employee due to my work ethics that consist of my dedication, productivity, communication and organizational skills as well as my overall charter of being a well rounded positive individual who has proven to be adaptable and flexible in stressful situations as well as in a team environment.
