Sarah Batchelor is a Registered Dietitian having graduated from the University of Cape Town with BSc (Med) Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her year of public service in a rural KwaZulu-Natal hospital, providing a range of dietetic services for both in hospital patient and out of hospital patient management.Sarah has a passion for working with people and she is dedicated in helping people achieve their health and nutritional goals, and empowering them to maintain these goals on their own. She is committed to providing expert advice and scientifically sound information, ensuring the development of a healthy and optimal nutritional plan for each individual.She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), and is also a member of the Association of Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA) allowing her to stay up-to-date with the latest scientific nutritional information.She runs her private practice, Sarah Batchelor - Registered Dietitian, in Hout Bay and is currently completing her Master’s degree at UCT, focusing on Critical Care Nutrition.
