- Offload, prepare and move merchandise efficiently to the sales floor or storage for delivery or pickup by customers- Receive and ship merchandise effectively by completing required documentation and using handheld transmission device - Verify accuracy of shipments against vendor invoices, bills of lading, sale documentation. Investigate and follow up on discrepancies to make corrections- Update client information in computer system- Provide customers with a positive experience in all interactions including arranging for delivery or pick up, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, responding to customer queries and resolving their concerns- Assist in inventory review following prescribed processes- Assemble and move merchandise for floor display and assist sales representatives as required
