WCS Care is a Warwickshire based charity providing 13 care homes in total. 11 homes offer day care, long-term residential and short-term respite care for older people and people living with dementia or a range of different needs. Two homes provide rehabilitation, respite and long-term residential care for people with physical disabilities or long-term conditions. I am responsible for leading the design and delivery of an organisational learning and development strategy, programme and plan. A member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the executive team. Managing and developing a team of in-house trainers to work across the organisation, whilst delivering the ambition to make ‘every day well lived’ for residents and staff alike.
