Coordinate accounting functions and programs Preparing financial analysis and reports.Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditures Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. Develop and maintained construction management system’s including setting up projects (jobs), budgets, job costs, cost codes, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and various construction progress reports. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Assist with annual audit preparations. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns Senior involvement in the development and training of new accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Perform other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned. Ensure compliance with policies Manage processes for proper coding of construction invoices (payment applications) and lien releases for contractor and vendor invoices. Maintain contract documents including records of lien releases in appropriate files.
