I serve as a project manager and senior scientist for natural gas projects primarily in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland. My skills and experience include siting linear infrastructure projects, developing regulatory strategies and project schedules, and leading environmental survey, agency consultations, and permitting efforts. I have extensive experience with federal and state environmental permitting, obtaining permits and other regulatory approvals for more than 100 natural gas projects ranging from large interstate transmission pipeline projects to small operations and maintenance projects. Permits and approvals have included: FERC 7(c) Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity; USACE Section 404 Individual, State Programmatic, and Nationwide permits; USACE Section 408 Approvals; Individual Section 401 Water Quality Certifications; various state wetland and stream impact permits; federal and state threatened and endangered species clearances, including USFWS Biological Opinions; National Historic Preservation Action Section 106 clearances; state and local erosion and sediment control permits and approvals; local zoning permits and other municipal ordinance compliance approvals.As a project manager, I work with diverse teams across a variety of technical disciplines.
