In my current position, I oversee all aspects of sponsorship, sales and promotions including income strategy, client development, media kits, and marketing collateral. I strive to establish and maintain positive, long lasting relationships with station partners and financial sponsors, coordinating business development and stakeholder engagement. I also administer an annual budget of $500K and supervise a sales team of employees. In addition, I create and execute digital strategy, selling campaigns for web channels, social media, and advertising to meet targeted outcomes.

Playing alongside acts such as Cable Ties, Mod Con, Moody Beaches, Michael Beach, as well as internationals Le Butcherette's, Screaming Females and many more. Featured in The Age Spectrum front cover article July 2021, nominated for Best Punk/Rock Act at Music Victoria Awards 2021, alongsde Sarah Blaby also niminated in the Outstanding Woman in Music award.

Music Victoria exists to support the growth, participation and development of the Victorian contemporary music industry.The Music Victoria Board features representatives from leading national and Victorian support bodies as well as artists, lawyers, planning and policy specialists, and management.

While working here, I drove revenue growth for The Music publication, focusing on music and arts scene. A major part of my job was cultivating and managing relationships with clients, including festival promoters, venue owners, and arts organisations. I also generated lead lists and tracked accounts with client relationship management (CRM) and data management systems, and I trained team members on sales strategies.I had a number of achievements here as well: ► Accelerated profit by creating new streams of income from arts, film, bars, and clubs. ► Grew brand and networks by organising events with key industry clients. ► Utilised extensive networks to significantly grow account base.

Tanity Pty Ltd owns a number of local businesses, including Revolver Upstairs, Toff in Town, and Cookie. I directed event planning, logistics, vendor selection, and day-of-event management for over 300 events per year with over 50 staff. I conceptualised, designed, and managed events and led event marketing processes. I also acted as venue representative to stakeholders from council, media, and industry conferences. And I negotiated fees and contract terms with key industry promoters and management companies. A few accomplishments from this time:► Built loyal, engaged subscriber base of 15K with innovative strategies, improving communication via social media platforms, ticketing systems, newsletters, and mailing lists. ► Launched social media and marketing campaigns across broad audiences and all music genres. ► Led negotiations to complete financial needs for major bookings, including Big Day Out afterparty, Snoop Dogg promotional tour, and MC Competition. ► Instrumental in success of numerous wide-ranging festivals, concerts, and international art exhibitions.
