Leading a global capacity-building programme providing specialised technical advice and training in over 120 countries, reaching 135 million children each year. The Chief Executive leads on policy, investigations and research strategies and development, on issues relevant to child safeguarding, such as safeguarding in emergencies, safeguarding children with disabilities, LGBTI children, children in alternative care, and adolescent girls. The role involves high-level lobbying and outreach strategy with international organisations, states, multilaterals and sports organisations and NGOs, and representing KCS to members, governments, donors, stakeholders and media. The position also includes resource mobilisation and budget management, staff management, strategic planning and reporting to the board. Lead on accountability and proper monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Manage the international secretariat for a global civil society campaign on water and sanitation.
