I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. I am licensed as an LPC (IL) and employed in group private practice. I enjoy providing space for individuals of all backgrounds to feel safe and comfortable, authentically themselves. I became licensed as an LCMHCA (NC) and opened my own practice, Bliss Counseling PLLC, in April of 2024.I am EMDR trained, a certified trauma professional (CTP) and have taken ce’s on autism spectrum disorders. I work with many neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQ+ community. It is important to me to be affirming, shining light on each unique person’s gifts and abilities. As an undergrad student, my passion for mental health advocacy also led me to volunteer with NAMI for five years where I spoke in schools to hundreds of students about the importance of mental health.
