• Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, systems, gathering/synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing compelling, insightful recommendations• Leads a team of pharma writers, editors, and proofreaders. • Lead all implementation activity and serve as primary client contact on implementations;• Establish clear definition of clients’ implementation responsibilities and athena’s responsibilities with client;• Establish a clear understanding of client’s key metrics prior to an athena implementation and determine clear quantifiable expectations for the customer once fully implemented on athenaNet;• Evaluate client athenaNet user proficiency;• QA client deliverables;• Provide phone support during the “go live” period and post “go live” transition, as necessary• Monitor client’s system performance and coach/consult on best practices

• Maintains a high level of knowledge and understanding of assigned protocols• Responsible for completion of all study documentation forms, including case report forms and other study-specific documents• Coordinate and conduct patient care visits and assure all procedures are conducted in compliance with the clinical protocol• Interact with Principal Investigator as needed to assure patient receives appropriate medical evaluation and care when needed
