Liaise between commercial and public tenants, of a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million sqf of mixed commercial/office and industrial units in north shore and Montreal areas within a fast paced and lean environment.Responsibilities include but not limited to;Issue and process purchase orders, resolve differences between orders and actual invoices.Liaise between tenants, contractors and various inter-office departments including leasing, development and accounting.Ensure technicians are up to date on their daily tasks based on weekly plan set out by Property Manager.Manage tenant emergencies and prioritize. Provide Customer Service to tenants and walk-ins at various centers.Maintain tenant and supplier contact information.Fully responsible for the execution of the contracts regarding landscaping, snow removal, security and janitorial for all properties assigned to the Property Manager.Travel between properties to perform inspections and provide KPI's to Property Manager.Prepare and complete various monthly reports requested by the Property Manager using tools such as TGR and other excel data bases.Maintain and update TGR database with base building equipment.Prepare memos to all tenants as needed.Assist in budgeting.Work with head office Marketing for all events and updates to our offerings (Facebook, Websites and other media - such as print)
