I am also a key member of Oxidene, this is a group set up by head office (Mega Group) to look at the implementation of a new CRM/ERP system 2022/23, which has involved creating workflows ‘as is’ & ‘to be’, attending workshops and speaking to the developers to ensure they understand our requirements. I am heavily involved in two workstreams concentrating on improving processes within the sales role and improving the customer experience, this enables efficiency within the organisation.
