Carbon Tanzania is an innovative conservation organisation engaging in the forest carbon market to protect existing forests, support indigenous rights and mitigate climate change. The company's vision is to make forest conservation accessible to all and my role is to assist with developing this link between Tanzania and the global community.

- As part of a team of 3 sales consultant for Sanctuary Retreats selling to direct clients, I increased sales by 167% over a period of 2 years.- Developed the direct client sales channel for the launch of the Sanctuary Ananda in 2014.- Managed all aspects of client bookings including client communications, accounts, intercompany invoicing, client satisfaction & complaint resolution

- Supervised the operations of each client safari while ensuring high service standards were met across all areas of the business to create a seamless safari experience - Managed a team of 6 multi-lingual representatives who worked across all 3 company brands- Overhauled the mobile camping reservations system to establish a more efficient & accurate system to use across all departments - Oversaw procurement and installation of camp furnishings for Kusini & Swala during the renovation of each camp-Developed material for automated itinerary generation

- Acquired new business in the regional market and maintained existing accounts in the international market- Developed and actioned strategies for the successful growth of the Sanctuary brand through new products, improved customer service practises, enhanced inter-department communication and developing relationships with agents and tour operators - Increased sales originating through 3rd party Tanzanian operators by more than 60% over a one year period- Managed a team of 3 reservations consultants, identified inefficiencies in the reservations process and launched new systems to improve business analysis and reporting - Monitored client feedback and established necessary changes to maintain the same high standards across the Sanctuary Retreat camps in East and Southern Africa- Created content and updated Sanctuary marketing material including the relaunch of the website, product factsheets, product training presentations and monthly newsletters - Organised and hosted Familiarization trips and attended trade shows
