Course development and facilitation

Duties:· Coordination of National training schedules· Present Teaching material online · Presenting slide and videos to students· Interacting with students· Presentation, practise and performance method of teaching· Conducting of student’s tests· Motivate and drive students performances· Encourage students to be creative, interact and express themselves

• Research and develop activities and plan projects in order to simulation actual life situations and challenges so that students may apply the knowledge they’ve learned.• Design interactive and thought provoking assessments to test students’ comprehension of learning programs.• Generating course outlines packed with useful, easy to understand and persuasive information to urge students to register with us.• Update and refine course material to comply with regulations and international course standards and trends.• Compile feedback forms from students and other facilitators and work on improving the workshops accordingly in order to maintain the highest quality of teaching.• Identifying shortfalls in students’ knowledge and design elements to address vital skills needed to improve students’ understanding and interaction.• Work closely with students on our student “Help Line.” to assist students with enquires on courses and learning challengers.
