-I wear so many hats in this role - which is part of what keeps my day to day so interesting and dynamic.-Specializing in 60+ store needs on ongoing basis including, but not limited to, supply needs, operational training both in development as well as practice, relationship building with employees across the country, sourcing a variety of materials, managing ongoing budgets for all 60+ stores, continuous reporting on both guest and employee experiences, and so much more-The "voice" of Customer Success via all online channels. This snowballs into developing training for all store and district employees, building reports and surveys to capture as much guest data as possible, and always being ready to turn a guest's experience around.-Ecommerce business development. The Ecomm part of our business is new and growing. From trouble shooting ways to improve within out POS, to sourcing and supplying shipping materials and analyzing freight and sales, to developing training documents and learning procedures for our ecommerce team, there is no part of the online business that I do not touch and project manage. Sustainable growth and reliable inventory are just the bulding blocks to what will be a booming online business in the near future!
