As the current Treasurer of the Beta Alpha Psi Iota Phi chapter, I manage, track, and reconcile financial transactions for the organization. I prepare our annual financial statements and budgets, and work closely with the other officers to coordinate chapter activities, events, and community outreach.

Through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at UWWF, I’ve had the privilege of helping low-income individuals and families navigate federal tax preparation and filing. I ensure returns are accurate and compliant with tax laws, while also working to maximize the benefits for clients by identifying all eligible tax credits and deductions. This has been a rewarding experience that I plan to continue for the foreseeable future.

Conducted client consultations to gather financial information and address tax-related questions. Provided guidance on the tax credits and deductions available to maximize returns. Filed federal income taxes for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
