recruited mystery shoppers to carry out visits or phonecalls for the clients who i looked after .making sure the results (questionaires ) were received and processed and dealt with any quries or problems arising from visits etc .Also liasing with the account officers who dealt directly with our clients

I started in the cheque processing office before moving onto the main tills in the banking hall . I then moved to another branch and was trained in the direct debit/standing order and account opening and maintenance departments. During this time I was responsible for the running and filling of the internal and external cash machines and looking after customer queries and complaints .
