Position Summary This position monitors compliance with Bank policy, Bank Secrecy Act, and other related laws and regulations (OFAC/Anti-Money Laundering/US Patriot Act). Identifies and reviews deposit and loan accounts for suspicious activity; Develops and monitors internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure an effective BSA/Compliance.

- Supervise teller transactions for purpose of determining accuracy and compliance- Responsible for marketing bank products and services- Act as a resource for employees by demonstrating extensive knowledge about bank products and services- Demonstrate proficiency with regard to policies, procedures and bank regulations pertaining to bank operations.

Provide customer service such as cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, receiving loan payments, making credit card advances and preparing change orders for customers. Assisting customers with opening and closing account along with helping customers by responding to customer calls.

Scanning checks deposited and/or cashed by customers. Making sure all branch location items were balance by end of day. All necessary items were mailed/interoffice to appropriate people.
