I have over eight years of experience in revenue optimization, strategic planning, and business strategy. My most recent role was Director of Revenue at the Airbnb-backed prop-tech startup Zeus Living. There, I led a cross-functional team of 30 individuals on four different teams, building out profitable strategies while working to improve customer satisfaction. I strive to create a work environment that encourages diverse and iterative thinking and building strategies that take start-ups from Seed to IPO.Before Zeus and driven by wanderlust, I worked as the general manager and later the revenue manager at The Green Tortoise Hostel in San Francisco, a top-rated backpackers' hostel with over 150 beds. There, I began to build out strategies that increased profits and simultaneously saw increased customer satisfaction and retention. When I'm not working, I love to travel. I have been to 35 countries and lived in three. I love reading and writing; however, my kids take up my nonworking hours, where we spend hours building Duplos, trains, and race tracks.
