Developed operations processes for newly formed company managing exhibitions, sales and projects for Ai Weiwei

As the primary liaison on business and operational matters between the Managing Director and the Contemporary Art Department, I was successful in developing and integrating automated platforms into auction processes, initiating pre- and post-sale reporting practices, conducting business analyses for Management as well as writing and editing auction catalogues and sales proposals.

Oversaw the global administrative and operational components for Contemporary Art auctions and private sales while also supporting management in business analysis and research functions.

Developed strategies for adding marketing and sales functions to Client Services department.

Supported Chairman in development of a major exhibition, China: Dawn of a Golden Age, 200–750 AD, and served as coordinator of two Asian Art Department patrons groups
