•Support sales teams out of Indiana, Kentucky, Mid Ohio, Northeast Ohio, Southwest Ohio, West Virginia and Wisconsin.•Responsible for tracking, analyzing and modeling Business Services results for the Midwest Region.•Will assist in the coordination of project management activities with key departments to ensure commercial market expansion and sales goals are met.•Collaborate with peers in other functional areas to ensure information is being delivered and made available to the proper business leaders. •Serve as communication point between project teams and senior leadership to effectively communicate project status.•Network with key departments, such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Construction and Engineering to help drive market penetration. Actively participates with cross-functional groups to solve problems, build support and secure buy-in for desired objectives.•Resolve issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk and schedules. •Creates and manages contingency plans for projects assigned.•Handle broad-based and complex communications for internal and/or external audiences. •Handles and resolves conflicts to maximize opportunities and minimize exposure to risk.

•Primary TWC interface for the deployment and implementation / installation of coax network. •Create and own project plans associated with products and marketing initiatives and be responsible for the overall outcome of the project completion, tracking and reporting.

•Receive and process orders for HSD, BCP & Video services from internal and external sales representatives. •Verify accuracy and legality of contracts presented. •Enter orders into billing and provisioning database. •Dispatch, troubleshoot and resolve installation issues with customers, sales, management and technicians. •Handle expedited orders in a timely manner. •Organize and delegate orders for NEO division to provisioning specialists. •Handle PUCO & Office of the President complaints.

•Perform all aspects of day-to-day customer order processing and support functions for the Digital Phone service, including contacting and scheduling Digital Phone installations, submitting, tracking and completing the DPO (Digital Phone Order) process with our designated CLEC
