Sarah Busuttil is a passionate violinist, conductor, music educator, singer/songwriter and performer who has played and toured nationally and internationally with orchestras and ensembles for over 20 years, including the Royal Melbourne Philharmonic Orchestra and Melbourne Opera Orchestra.Sarah currently performs and tours and composes with her contemporary world music band- The Royal High Jinx and duo Sarah and Silas. Sarah is a regular fiddle player with The Bushwackers. Sarah is the Conductor of The Alexandra Cameron Strings (Melbourne Youth Orchestras). She is also the former Artistic Director of Strings West and teaches violin/strings at Geelong Grammar andWestbourne Grammar Schools. Charismatic and virtuosic, Sarah is an exciting musician to watch and hear. Sarah also shares the stage with her partner and fellow violinist/pianist and songwriter Silas Palmer, where they continue to write new songs, perform and make music videos together under the stage name of ‘Sarah and Silas’.
