• Partner with Business Managers, Contracts, Finance and Program Management to ensure EV compliance in accordance with NGC Best Practices, IPMR 81861A, NDIA EIA-748 Guidelines, DID Requirements, and SOW Requirements.• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurements and cost variances of in Deltek Cobra.• Manage Contract Base Budget, change requests, funding and other programmatic logs. • Manage earned value change requests and risk mitigations.• Create financial charts in support of program management and program reviews• Perform program financial analyses and provides both external and internal reporting for Sector programs. Interact with Program Management to recommend strategies to stay within target fee. • Brief leadership on EVMS program status.• Collaborate with IPTs to prepare monthly EAC revisions to track and monitor cost and schedule variances. Partner with GSC to prepare spend plans and make EAC forecast revisions.• Utilize SAP, MPM, and MRP to collect cost data for deliverable documents.

Search and retrieve academic articles, books, and other materials for Faculty, Undergaduate, and Graduate Students. Conduct summaries of research materials for student/faculty research. Provide information in person, by telephone, email and in writing to faculty, staff, students and the general public regarding University. Provide technical support to help users with Library resources. Usage of University scanning software to process requests. Troubleshoot library technical issues over the phone, in person, or via email.
