Created Industrial Solutions Materials COE including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Regional Fulfillment, Global Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and Optimization. Launched Sales & Operations Planning process across $3B business and four P&Ls. Driving global current quarter forecasting and fulfillment activities to optimize on-time delivery for our customers through inventory management and our global warehouse footprint.

Responsible for ~$1B business fulfillment across our Aeroderrivative and Recipricating Engine fulfillment network: after market parts, asset management, overhaul service centers, and field services. Instituted programs to drive improvements in EHS, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity by sharing best practices across our network and also across GE (Aviation & Transportation).

Effectively managed a global 250 employee organization to deliver ~$4B Parts Sales while balancing ~$900M of inventory and maintaining 95% on-time delivery. Implemented within Power Generation Services, a Sales and Operations Planning process through which the Services and Global Supply Chain leadership teams continually drive for alignment and synchronization among all functions of the organization on the operating plan.

Managed Six Sigma program for 13 global Gas Turbine Repair Service Centers driving continuous improvement around the Fulfillment Five (Environmental Health and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity). Worked with my Six Sigma organization to drive Green Belt certification for all employees within the Gas Turbine Repair Service Center organization.

Leveraged my analytical skills to perform cost analysis and comparison of globally repaired gas turbine components to drive best practices for cost reduction activities.

Marketing Product Line Leader responsible for developing new service offerings for transformer monitoring through risk avoidance at customer facilities.

Responsible for integration and management of $30M KVB-Enertec acquisition. KVB-Enertec is a supplier of air emissions monitoring and data acquisition in the U.S.
