An alumni from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude. Currently, I am employed as a Workday Integration Specialist for Montrose Environmental Group. My main responsibilities as a Workday Integration Specialist is to create and maintain software integrations between various business applications and Workday using Workday Studio, Workday’s API and Workday Reporting Services, perform diagnosis and troubleshooting support of software integrations, and provide remote support to end-users of the software integrations.Prior to my currently held position with Montrose Environmental Group, I was employed as a Development Counter Planner for the City of Hot Springs in Hot Springs, Arkansas. My main responsibilities as a City Planner was to perform research on prior land use actions, advise applicants and citizens on current zoning procedures, and approve minor building permits.Before entering my role as a City Planner, I gained experience in Administration with the the Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association (HSV POA), the largest gated community in Northern America. During my employment with the HSV POA, I instructed a conflict resolution class for onboarding staff, improved the utilization of the company's software, and generated standard operating procedures for the organization. I hold certifications in Conflict Resolution, Harassment Free Workplace, and Leadership and Influence. My current goal is to become certified in Workday Pro Studio to add continued support for building and maintaining software integration systems.
