• Built a global air haul network of 110+ aircraft, 70+ on-airport facilities, and 14,000+ Amazon employees inclusive of 1,000 salaried leaders and executives within five years across three continents, safely accelerating speed of service for Amazon customers through the connective tissue of aviation within an e-commerce company.• P&L responsibility for a multi-billion dollar budget.• Led the business cases and collaborated on the design, engineering, and construction of nine Amazon powered air hub facilities in the U.S. and Europe, including the launch of Amazon’s largest field project in history, anywhere in the world, at the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport.• Incorporated a Safety Management System, innovative robotics, advanced electric ground service equipment, and Sustainable Aviation Fuel into Amazon Air operations, leading the industry by example.• Directly engages with CEOs and C-Suite executives across the aviation, cargo, supply-chain, and engineering industries to drive the business.
