Drove an innovative cost model based on hours and cycles instead of aircrew to determine appropriate costs.

• Responsible for the operational execution of Amazon Air's expanding air-haul network• Established a visionary Aviation Operations function within Amazon including the design and build-out of a global Network Control Center to manage emerging day to day aviation operations.• Led the development of the Amazon Air Ground Operations Manual which served as the “instructions” and pre-requisites necessary for the safe launch of on-airport Amazon operations.

• Responsible for the fulfillment of millions of customer orders throughout the United Kingdom, EU, and beyond; the safety, leadership and development of over 7,000 salaried leaders and hourly associates; and the optimization of processes, procedures, and costs in a network of fulfillment centers throughout northwest England and Wales.

• Responsible for the fulfillment of millions of customer orders throughout the United Kingdom, EU, and beyond; the safety, leadership and development of 81 salaried leaders and over 1400 hourly associates; and the optimization of processes, procedures, and costs in one of the largest fulfillment centers within Amazon's United Kingdom network.

• Responsible for the fulfillment of millions of customer orders, the leadership and development of 23 managers and over 1000 hourly associates, and the promotion of innovation and continuous improvement throughout one of Amazon's largest Outbound departments.• Selected to lead a team for a three month assignment to Columbia, South Carolina, to drive productivity improvements, associate engagement initiatives, and manager development. Efforts resulted in multi-million dollar savings to the company.• Hand-selected to lead the launch of the Outbound department at one of Amazon’s newest, most advanced Fulfillment Centers in the network. Meticulously planned the labor, rates, onboarding and training as well as established the processes required for an extremely successful launch and first Holiday Peak.

Responsible for 100 personnel, 10 aircraft valued at over $500 Million, and the qualification of 11 aviators. •Developed process improvement in the through-put of aviators to streamline a rigorous graduate level syllabus resulting in a decreased time-to-train. Briefed executives on a monthly basis and fostered a student time to train tracking program that became the model for other units to follow.•One of 3 pilots selected Navy-wide to conduct a trans-Atlantic flight in the F/A-18F Super Hornet to represent the United States at the 2006 Farnborough International Airshow, England.

•Ranked #1 of 19 driven Lieutenants in the command. Flew 37 combat missions over Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Awarded the Strike Flight Air Medal for combat operations. •Accumulated over 200 day and night carrier arrested landings. First female aviator in the history of the “Black Aces”.•Supervised over 60 personnel as the Avionics/Armament Division Officer, the largest division in the squadron. Integrated a complex, multi-million dollar data link network into the squadron of 14 aircraft.

•#1 graduate from advanced jet training. Selected as one of the first cadre of pilots to fly the new F/A-18F Super Hornet.
